This week I want to share seven (7) common situations of sexual misconduct AND exactly what you can do to stop and possibly prevent sexual harassment from occurring. Whether it’s your boss, colleague, or client, workplace misconduct is NEVER OK, and even an unpaid intern has the power to hold people accountable for their actions in the office.

The #MeToo movement has opened a floodgate. Stories from women (and men) of all ages, in every industry, and at every level of the organization facing sexual misconduct, harassment, and even sexual assault. Inappropriate workplace behavior is not a women’s issue – it affects men and women and therefore is an “everybody” issue. However, what surprises me most about the stories and the movement is not that these horrible things occurred but rather that we have ignored and looked the other way for so long.
