Start today by recognizing at least one thing that makes you, you! Once you uncover what makes you, you – find ways to embrace your individual diversity in your life and career. The truth is, your individual difference can also be one of your greatest superpowers. Embrace what makes you successful, able to connect with others, and capable of doing things that others cannot.
